Return & Exchange Policy:

Any unopened skin care item(s) may be returned or exchanged for store credit, granted they are in 100% original condition. However, if you decide to return your order back to us, a return or re-stocking fee of up to 20% may be applied and shipping and handling fee's are non-refundable.

We guarantee all products purchased at are free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described or you may return them immediately for a new replacement at no additional cost. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us via phone or email and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim or return damage product(s).

Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders where the original item(s) were damaged and/or defective and a refund is requested. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you insure your return package and choose a method to track its delivery. If you paid for expedited delivery, that additional cost is non-refundable as well and our primary method of ground shipping is always free.

We strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product on our website.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us Toll Free at 1-800-704-7580 or via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within 3 days of receiving your item. We will note the return/exchange in our system. The product must be returned within 15 days of the call or email. A replacement product will be sent upon receipt of the incorrect, damaged or defective item. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual.

How much time do you have to Return a Product?

You (the customer) have 30 days to return or exchange a product. If the customer has received a replacement or exchanged product and has not returned the defective or incorrect 

Processing your Return:

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return and the package will be refused)

  • Original Order ID Number
  • Full Name & Address
  • Phone Number
  • E-mail Address
  • Original Packing Slip

You will receive an email notification with your return information.


We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via check. Please call to see if refund is applicable. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will unfortunately not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error was incurred on our end. All returns must be shipped back to using a traceable courier.(i.e.: UPS, FedEx and USPS)

Any returns or exchanges of products/package that have not been received by and additional tracking information cannot be provided; will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. If products are received past the return period, customers will not receive store credit, or get a refund.

**Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange**

If your package is returned to marked as "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee. If your package is returned to marked as "refused" and no contact was made to for not accepting the parcel, no credit will be given.

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. PLEASE MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS CAREFULLY!
