BeyondSkin.com provides skincare for purchase online. BeyondSkin.com strongly recommends consulting a qualified physician or aesthetic professional prior to ordering any skincare products online. Please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. Consumer is hereby advised that the purchase of any product represents an acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
- Upon purchase, customer (consumer) acknowledges the recommendation of BeyondSkin.com to consult a qualified physician or aesthetic professional prior to purchase or use of products and [customer] assumes liability for any and all conditions resulting from product use.
Skin Care Product Returns
Any unopened skin care items may be returned for store credit, granted they are in 100% original condition. If you opened the product, used it or damaged it, you may return it, however, a return or re-stocking fee of up to 20% may be applied and shipping and handling are non-refundable if you paid for expedited delivery as ground shipping is always free.
Processing your Return:
We require the following information to process your store credit return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- * Original Order ID Number
- * Full Name & Address
- * Phone Number
- * E-mail Address
- * Original Packing Slip
You will receive an email notification with your return information.
We do not ship FEDex or UPS. We only ship by USPS. Tracking numbers are available on request via phone or email.

We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error was incurred on our end.All returns must be shipped back to BeyondSkin.com using a traceable courier.(i.e.: UPS, FedEx and USPS)
Any package that has not been received by BeyondSkin.com and tracking information cannot be provided; will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange**
If your package is returned to BeyondSkin.com marked as "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.If your package is returned to BeyondSkin.com marked as "refused" and no contact was made to BeyondSkin.com for not accepting the parcel, no credit will be given.
All orders placed before 3pm Pacific (4pm Mountain / 5pm Central / 6pm Eastern ) will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on the weekends(Saturday & Sunday).
